• Payments can be made in cash or via MBWAY as agreed at the time of booking.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

• All information provided is treated with strict confidentiality.

• We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

Health Conditions:

• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions or restrictions that may affect the massage.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the massage could pose a risk to health.

Punctuality & Delays:

• Please be ready a few minutes before your session.

• Delays over 15 minutes may result in a shorter session.

Hygiene & Physical Conditions:

• Clients must ensure proper personal hygiene before the session.

• The area to be massaged must be clean and free of open wounds or skin irritations.

• Appropriate swimwear or clothing is recommended for comfort.

Proper Behavior:

• Clients must treat therapists with respect and courtesy.

• Sessions may be interrupted for inappropriate behavior.

Liability:

• We are not responsible for personal or material damage during or after the session.​
